I use a heart monitor i run at moderate pace till it gets to 155bpm then i walk till it gets down to 140bpm i do this for 25mins. I like this because, as your fitness improves, you&#39;d be running &#8220;longer&#8221; durations as the &#8220;recovery&#8221; time will decrease.<br />
